Ingredients

1calmond butter
1 egg, whole
1Tapplesauce, unsweetened
1⁄2cdates, unsweetened, chopped
2Tcoconut, flakes, dessicated
6pktruvia sweetener
1tallspice
2tcinnamon

Notes

You can use this as a great starter recipe to suit your needs. Feel free to substitute other dried fruit for the chopped dates, and other spices for the cinnamon and allspice.

Instructions

1 packet of Truvia = ~3/4tsp of Truvia granules.

Beat all ingredients together. It should be a thick batter, but not as thick
as cookie dough. Drop by tablespoons on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven (around
375) until they start to go golden, about 10-12 minutes.

Allow to cool, then eat!
