Throw People Even Harder
While the main portion of my business deals with fat loss, I've also got a huge passion for helping combat athletes (i.e. Judo, Boxing, Russian Sambo, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu). Baton Rouge has some amazing coaches like Doug Fournet (5x National Russian Sambo champion) and UFC veterans; Tim Credeur, Rich Clementi, and Kyle Bradley. So I decided to video one of the drills we developed to help us throw people harder in our competitions.
Here you go:
* Please realize that while I used the term "invented" I'm not 100% sure that someone else didn't come up with something similar, but I haven't seen it . If that's the case I'll make note of it. I'm not referring to other Judo drills with bands that already exist. The difference is that this is with a partner to ensure accurate entry technique. The band only engages at the very end of the entry, teaching the thrower to follow through as forcefully as possible. This prevents the pausing that often occurs from doing entry drills.
